Rather than have an evening-long reception, Latoya and Emanuel brought 133 of their favorite people to the paradise of Punta Cana to kick off wedding celebrations. When their big day finally came, the couple danced the night away in the romantic ballroom of Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana, the perfect spot to begin happily ever after.

Why did you choose a destination wedding
We chose a destination wedding because we wanted to make a trip of memories for this special time. We felt like one day of only a few hours was not enough.
Which venue did you use?
We used Isla beach for the ceremony and a ballroom at Hard Rock Punta Cana for the cocktail and reception.
How many attendees did you have?
We had 133 people attend!
What were their favorite resort activities?
Their favorite resort activities were the variety of pools at the resort. Also the casino!
Which was your favorite amenity?
My favorite amenity was all the restaurant and lounge options located in the main building. Honestly, all the pools were amazing too!
What was your favorite thing about your big day?
My favorite thing was having all of our worlds collide and having the ceremony on the beach. The weather was flawless and it was exactly how I had envisioned it.
Describe your day in one to three sentences.
The best day of our entire lives. Full of love and joy. Nothing will top how amazing everything was from start to finish.
How was your experience with your wow specialist?
Our WOW specialist was wonderful. We had no complaints and are grateful for everything they did!
What was the best part about the planning process?
The best part was how easy it was to plan a destination. I had plenty of time and options to choose from regarding decor, food etc.
What is your favorite memory from your big day?
My favorite memory was the reception. Walking into the massive ballroom and seeing the vision brought to life was amazing. Dancing all night with family and friends in paradise is unbeatable!
